Please note our office hours to the right side of this page. Also, we advise that our schedule is typically booked up 1 - 2 weeks in advance and moreso for our high demand late afternoon and evening office hours. We look forward to meeting and exceeding the eye care needs of you and your family!

We at Bogan Eyecare Center look forward to providing the quality of care and service you have come to expect from us. We will be opening for routine care Monday, May 4, 2020.  Our priority is the health and safety of our patients and our staff.  In line with the CDC recommendations, effective immediately we ask the following:

  • We will continue to minimize the number of people in our office and will be spacing our schedule more than usual. All visits will need to be by appointment only.
  • Please call or text (317-852-4751) us to schedule frame adjustments, repairs, any type of product pick-up, and examinations of any type.
  • Paperwork will need to be filled out before arrival and emailed, if possible, to eyedocs@boganeyecare.com. If you are unable to fill out forms with a form filler or print them, we will mail forms to you for completion before your arrival.
  • Please check your temperature before your appointment, anything above 99.5, or symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath or similar we ask you to call and reschedule.
  • Please wear a mask to your appointment. Use hand sanitizer upon entry.
  • As you arrive for your appointment please text or call us at 317-852-4751. Please remain in your vehicle. We will be greeting you at the door when we are ready for your appointment.
  • Please do not bring others with you to your appointment. If a child needs accompanied by a parent or guardian, we will only allow that person in the office with the child. Anyone needing assistance of a caretaker may also accompany a patient into the office. We will request any additional companions remain in their vehicle for the duration of the appointment.
  • Curbside pick-up will continue when possible. We also can direct ship most contact lens orders.
  • As we will be operating with a reduced staff to reduce the number of people in our office, we will now be closed for lunch each day.
  • Dr. Curts will continue to be available for telehealth consultations as needed. Please call our office for assistance with this.
